Harzer Stube

In our modern yet rustically furnished restaurant "Harzer Stube" or in the room with the fireplace you can be spoiled with excellent, regionally fresh and delicious dishes as well as cultivated drinks.

All dishes, including the menus for half or full board, are prepared individually and exclusively with fresh produce "á la cárte" by our professionally qualified kitchen staff.

But we also offer other local dishes, as well as well-known German dishes and a rich vegetarian selection. Of course, this also includes the choice of half or full board. The change of the main course as salad plate, vegetarian pan or Harzer Brotzeit plate is possible.

To our high-quality meals, we take cultivated beverages for granted.

We obtain our wines from the winery Scholtesaus Minheim on the Moselle. This wine is cultivated and maintained according to the guidelines of organic farming and is shaped by the vineyard and shaped by the weather of the wine year. From Rivaner to Riesling, these are great wines that we ourselves also enjoy.

In addition to various types of draught beer, our hotel also offers an exquisite selection of high-quality whiskey (also single-malt), vodka, grappa and cognac.

Thus we have a varied offer for every palate with the usual spirituous beverages, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

Here you will find our current menu and beverage list.

PS:

Also for food intolerances such as coeliac disease we offer meals especially for our hotel guests within the scope of half board, from breakfast to dinner. We use products from e.g. Schär. You are welcome to make a note of your wishes in this respect when making your enquiry or booking, and we will take these into account during your stay.
