How it works
Order via WhatsApp
Message us by 6:00 pm the day before with what you'd like — including the date, your preferred pick-up time (7:00–9:30 am in 30-minute slots) and your name.
Confirmation with payment link
You receive a confirmation with a payment link (Stripe) and pay conveniently online.
Pick up from 7:00 am
At your preferred time, your rolls are ready in our restaurant, the Harzer Stube (7:00–10:00 am).
Our WhatsApp channel is first looked after by Mara, our AI-based assistant. How your data is processed is explained in our Privacy Policy, section “Communication via WhatsApp”. WhatsApp number: +49 5323 7333211.
